Options for Youth, Acton - Chino 1 is proud to be a Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Exclusive Partner. We provide all instruction in a workforce context offering students the opportunity to prepare for their college and career goals prior to graduation. Students can take advantage of internships, work experience, job placement, and family wrap around services. Our curriculum is embedded with materials and activities that strengthen students soft skills and workforce development. All students have the opportunity to work closely with our WIOA partner organizations. In addition, we offer 12 months of mentoring and follow-up services once a student leaves our program. Ensuring students leave prepared to enter the workplace is our number one priority.

As a WIOA School, students can be eligible for assistance, guidance, and resources on their journey to build career readiness through our in-house referral process. Our exclusive partner, Hawkeye , has a rich history of collaborating with local, regional, and national partners in the development, design, and delivery of workforce solutions that create opportunities through family support services, education, training, job search assistance, placement, and retention. Our communities of practice, quality management system and company-wide experts gather and give life to best practices in the industry while developing innovative approaches.
